Jenny Swaim is a strategic advisor with 15+ years of experience helping growth-focused brands and rights holders unlock the full potential of sponsorships.

Jenny holds a bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University and an MBA from the University of Oregon. Outside of work, she’s a dedicated Bengals and Buckeyes fan, passionate home cook and mixologist, Lego enthusiast and pop culture nerd.

She is driven by a deep belief in honest leadership, thoughtful connection and continuous growth. At the core of her business is the philosophy that partnerships thrive when strategy and people are aligned and that sustainable growth is built from the inside out.
